Peer Directed Emotional Intelligence (PdEI) was created by Jim Liautaud of the Liautaud Graduate School of Business at the University of Illinois-Chicago (UIC) and the foremost leaders in the field of psychology. The program has been implemented in organizations such as Gerber, Hyatt, First Midwest Bank, and Leo Burnett and has recently been part of a two year study conducted through
UIC and Rutgers University. Currently the program is being implemented to a select group of
Chicago Public School principals and graduate students from The Chicago School of
Professional Psychology.

The PdEI program is currently being offered to select organizations on an invitation only

Cornerpiece Attitude Assessment
The Cornerpiece Attitude Assessment provides a quick and cost effective
outlet to check the pulse of your organization. By allowing employees to

Balanced Leadership Program
This innovative program uses 360 degree feedback combined with a
structured protocol proven to develop core leadership competencies and
enhance emotional intelligence levels within each participant. The format
of the Balanced Leadership Program is structured around a protocol
developed and researched at the University of Illinois-Chicago and
Rutgers University. Participants increase their individual level of
Emotional Intelligence while focusing on the development of core
leadership skills and behaviors. Participants communicate with each
other in confidential meetings to learn and develop sustainable
leadership skills and behaviors critical to the success of today's leader.
